This girls-only workshop is a safe, uplifting space designed to inspire confidence, self-expression, and empowerment. Through open conversations, a judgement-free zone, and mentorship members build self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and learn to celebrate their unique voices. There's focus in lifting each other up and growing stronger together.

Eligibility:

• Youth, ages 12-18

• ​located in or able to travel to Barrie, ON

• No diagnosis necessary and inclusive to those with one (or many)

• Not intended for youth with significant risk behaviours (consult with a facilitator if needed)
