This facilitated program helps members develop essential social skills and self-regulation through structured activities, role-playing, and guided interactions. In a supportive and engaging environment, members learn how to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and build healthy relationships—skills that support success in school, home, and life.

Eligibility:

• Children ages 6-11 (older youth may prefer The Lounge but consult with a facilitator for potential exceptions)

• If registering outside of The Drawing Board, children are required to have basic self-regulation skills

• ​located in or able to travel to Barrie, ON

• No diagnosis necessary and inclusive to those with one (or many)

• Not intended for children with significant risk behaviours (consult with a facilitator if needed)

The Works is designed into a 6-week session block that can be registered on its own or through The Drawing Board.
